The Deputy Ministers for Education Dr Zaw Myint and U Nay Myo Hlaing, accompanied by officials, concerned separately inspected basic education schools in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, this morning.
The Deputy Minister Dr Zaw Myint, accompanied by his team visited No. 18 Basic Education High School, Basic Education High School (Yan Aung Myin) and No. 19 Basic Education High School in Dekkhinathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw, monitored students studying in classrooms and offered encouraging words.
Subsequently, the distribution of students relative to classroom availability, the availability of sufficient drinking water, the image of schools, the cleanliness of classrooms, school canteen, bicycle parking areas, playgrounds, and restrooms were inspected and any identified needs were addressed.
Similarly, the Deputy Minister U Nay Myo Hlaing and his team visited No. 3 Basic Education High School in Zeyarthiri Township, No. 13 Basic Education High School and No. 20 Basic Education High School in Pobbathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw. They inspected the image of schools, the cleanliness, the systematic arrangement of school assembly halls and compliance of flagpoles in line with instructions, the adequacy of classrooms and student capacity, the sale of healthy foods and snacks in the school canteen, the provision of designated areas for motorcycles and bicycles, and the availability of restrooms, and fulfilled any needs, it is learned.
