Establishing standards that must be maintained according to the type of private school

Defining the requirements that must be presented when applying for registration of private schools and private school teachers

Granting or denial of issuing and extending registration certificates, merging, closing, course suspending for private or non-governmental institutions, private or non-governmental institutions using international curricula, and private or non-governmental institutions employing foreign private teachers

Allowing applications from private schools mentioned in Sub-section (c) to suspend courses during the registration period, establishing regulations to ensure that students’ rights are not lost and that there are no grievances from parents

Determining the registration fees, annual fees, and other charges required under this law, as well as granting exemptions and reductions in accordance with the directives of the relevant ministries

Approving or rejecting changes in the founders or administrators of private or non-governmental schools mentioned in Sub-section (c), and changes in the names or relocations of those private or non-governmental schools

Approving or rejecting issuance, renewal, and cancellation of registration certificate for foreign teachers working in private schools

Supervising and guiding regional supervisory board, the chief registration officer, and registration officer
