Defining the requirements that must be presented when applying for registration of private schools and private school teachers |

Granting or denial of issuing and extending registration certificates, merging, closing, course suspending for private or non-governmental institutions, private or non-governmental institutions using international curricula, and private or non-governmental institutions employing foreign private teachers |

Allowing applications from private schools mentioned in Sub-section (c) to suspend courses during the registration period, establishing regulations to ensure that students’ rights are not lost and that there are no grievances from parents |

Determining the registration fees, annual fees, and other charges required under this law, as well as granting exemptions and reductions in accordance with the directives of the relevant ministries |
